1. What this is

Vanja Trades is a free, personal project that visualizes the trade log you keep in your own Google Sheet. It is provided by an individual, not a licensed broker, adviser, or financial institution.

2. Acceptable use

Use the app for your own personal, lawful portfolio tracking. Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service, access other users' data, or use it to provide regulated financial services to others.

3. Your data

You keep ownership of your data; your Google Sheet remains the source of truth. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and stored data at any time.

4. Accuracy of data

Market prices and fundamentals come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Calculations may contain errors. Do not rely on the app for trading, tax filing, or any decision involving money without independently verifying the numbers.

5. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project owner is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including investment or financial losses — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. You use it at your own risk.

This is a hobby project. Features, availability, and these terms may change or the service may be discontinued at any time without notice.
